Product Description:
The transformer utilizes the BWDK series signal temperature gauge. The temperature sensing element is embedded in the upper part of the low-voltage winding, enabling automatic detection and display of the operating temperature of the phase winding. It is equipped with over-temperature alarm and trip functions.
insulation rated at Class F. It is wound on a dedicated low-voltage foil winding machine. The foil winding design effectively addresses issues commonly encountered in products with low voltage and high current windings, such as high short-circuit stress, imbalanced turns, poor heat dissipation, large helix angles, and unstable manual welding quality. Additionally, our company employs resin sealing, curing, moisture-proofing, and anti-contamination measures at the ends of the windings, while the copper busbars are automatically welded using argon arc welding.
