Classification of Polyester Film
The properties of the polyester film determine their different uses. Different uses of polyester films have different requirements for raw materials, additives and processing technology, and their thickness and technical specifications are different. In addition, only BOPET has a variety of uses, so the films classified according to use are BOPET. Polyester film can be divided into the following:
Polyester Film
First, electrical insulation film. Because of its good electrical, mechanical, thermal and chemical inertness, good insulation properties, high breakdown voltage, dedicated to electronics, electrical insulating materials, standard thickness: 25μm, 36μm, 40μm, 48μm, 50μm, 70μm, 75μm, 80μm, 100μm, 125μm.
Second, capacitive film. It has many advantages, such as high tensile strength, high dielectric constant, low loss factor, good thickness uniformity, good electrical property and large electric resistance. It has been widely used in capacitor dielectric and insulating interlayer. The common standard thickness is 3.5μm, 3.8μm, 4μm, 4.3μm, 4.8μm, 5μm, 6μm, 8μm, 9μm, 9.8μm, 10μm, 12μm.
