The straight flow transformer has characteristic with small volume, light weight, compact structure and complete functions. It adopt good cold rolling silicon steel sheet piled with special treatment process to lower shaking and noise effectively that suitable for electric power system, scientific research and all kinds of high voltage electrical equipment, electrical components, insulation materials for high voltage insulation strength test. It is necessary and important equipment in high pressure test.

The flux of low frequency transformer core is related to applied voltage. In the current field the excitation current does not increase with the increase of the load. Although the increased load of the core will not be saturated, it will increase the resistance loss of the coil, and the heat generated by the coil cannot be released in time beyond the rated capacity  the coil will be damaged. With the development of superconducting and core materials, the output power of transformers of the same size or weight will increase, but not infinitely.

Ac booster transformers are devices that exchange current, voltage, and impedance. When an alternating current is passed through the primary coil, a flux is generated in the core to induce a voltage or current in the secondary coil. A transformer consists of an iron core and a coil, which has two or more windings. The winding connected to the power supply is called the primary coil, and the other sets are called the secondary coil. Ac transformer has the characteristics of small size, light weight, compact structure and complete functions.
