CCL is the raw material of PCB that called baseboard or copper clad laminate is made of glass fiber cloth as reinforcing material and soaked in resin with one side or two sides covered by copper foil to form into a product by warm and forcing. CCL goes through a lot of processing(such as drilling,electroplating,circuit,anti-welding,etc) will be turn into PCB. The process of PCB is very long.As for the processing technology can not  use ruler to measure.

PCB is printed circuit board in short. PCB is the substrate for assembling electronic parts. It is the PCB that forms connection between points and printed components according to predetermined design on common substrate. The main function of this product is to make all kinds of electronic components form the connection of predetermined circuit and play the role of relay transmission.Any electronic equipment or products should be equipped. With the development of science and technology, the demand for electronic information processing of all kinds of products is gradually strengthened, and emerging electronic products keep emerging, making the use and market of PCB products continue to expand.PCB factory is the downstream industry of CCL factory.CCL is etched by development to remove unwanted copper foil to form a circuit. If it is multi-layer PCB, the CCL of multiple etched lines shall be laminated with bonded sheet to form multi-layer board.

PCB and CCL need to use hot and cold press, copper foil and PP pressed together to become CCL, and PCB is made of CCL inner line plus PP plus copper foil pressed together. To put it simply, the circuit on double-sided PCB is made by pressing film, exposure, developing and etching the copper on CCL through the design.
