Thermal stability is an important indicator of insulating paper. It is a major factor in producing low voltage insulation aging and determines its service life. Under normal operation, the electric field intensity only has a slight effect on the aging process
of the insulation. Insulating paper, which is used in a relatively high temperature for a long time, will become brittle due to thermal aging and gradually lose its mechanical and electrical properties. Insulation board is widely used in electrical equipment, so it needs to meet certain electrical performance. The electrical property of insulating paper refers to its polarization, conductance, dielectric loss and breakdown characteristics under the action of electric field.
