What Is a PE Stick？
The melting point of HDPE plate (high density polyethylene plate) is about 130 °C, and the relative density is 0.941~0.960. It has good heat resistance and cold resistance, good chemical stability, high rigidity and toughness, and good mechanical strength. The dielectric properties and environmental stress cracking resistance are also better. The melting temperature is 220~260 °C. For large molecular materials, it is suggested that the melting temperature range between 200~250 °C.

Product Name: PE stick: English name is High Density Polyethylene. Chinese name is Polyethylene stick. PE rod is a kind of thermoplastic material with high crystallinity and non – polarity. The appearance of the original HDPE is milky, and a certain degree of translucent in the thin section.
Characteristics: PE rod odorless, non-toxic, feel like wax, has excellent low temperature resistance (minimum temperature of -70~-100 degrees), good chemical stability, and can withstand most acid and alkali erosion (not resistant to oxidizing acids). At room temperature, it is insoluble in general solvents, with small water absorbency, excellent electrical insulation property, low density, good toughness (also suitable for low temperature conditions), good tensile property, good electrical and dielectric insulation, low water absorption, low vapor permeability, good chemical stability, tensile resistance, innocuity and harmlessness. But PE plate is very sensitive to environmental stress (chemical and Mechanical), and is poor in heat resistance.
Application: It is widely used in medical equipment parts, seals, cutting plates, sliding sections, machinery, chemical industry, electricity, clothing, packaging, food and other industries. It is also widely applied to gas transportation, water supply, sewage disposal, agricultural irrigation, fine particle solid transportation in mines, and fields such as oil field, chemical industry, post and telecommunications, especially in gas transportation.
