Electric boards, also known as bakelite boards, phenolic paperboard, are often used on low frequency circuits. Glass soldering plates are epoxy boards and are often used in high frequency circuits.

The electric wood board is suitable for PCB drilling, silicone rubber molds, jigs, switchboards, electrical and mechanical parts, and is used as insulation components in motors and electrical appliances with high mechanical performance requirements. The main material of the electric board is phenolic resin, which can withstand temperatures up to 120 degrees Celsius. In this particular environment it is perfectly working. If this temperature is exceeded in a short time, it can be tolerated. If it is used above this temperature for a long time, the insulation performance will be weakened, that is, the insulation material is aged and the voltage of the piercing voltage is lowered. It also has oil resistance and can be used well in transformer oil.

The standard of glass soldering board is epoxy fiberglass fiberboard. The applicable field is similar to that of bakelite, but its temperature resistance grade is higher. The normal temperature resistance is about 150 degrees Celsius, and it is moderate temperature and high humidity. The mechanical properties are extremely high under the environment, the electrical performance is stable, and it has excellent mechanical properties and good dielectric properties.
